We invite proposals for workshops and tutorials on emerging trends and technologies related, but not limited, to the topics of the CASE 2025, as outlined in the Call for Papers.
The Workshop and Tutorial chairs will evaluate proposals based on all information provided during the submission and make decisions based on the topic and the event’s inclusiveness regarding careers, backgrounds, gender, and ethnicity.
How to submit
To submit your workshop or tutorial proposal, please follow these steps:
- Download the workshop/tutorial proposal template and fill it with the following information.

- Abstract. Please provide a short paragraph (300 words max) describing the proposed event. This will be used to advertise the event on the conference website.
- Description: Describe your event and how you will ensure the highest quality content. The workshop/tutorial proposal will be evaluated regarding its scientific quality and potential to engage participants with diverse backgrounds. - Plan to solicit participation. Please describe how you plan to increase participation in your event if it is accepted.
- Related Events: Please provide the title, venue, date, and URL for workshops the proposers have organized over the last five years. Please list separately the same information for workshops organized by others on similar topics in the previous five years.
